    Duration: 1 hour; $20; To challenge the body is to see what it's capable of forming into and accomplishing. With a little bit of effort, your body can achieve amazing things. With kickboxing, especially in a class that harnesses a fitness-focused style, you'll be experiencing cardio-based workouts. You will receive the best of both worlds. Since it's fundamentally a hybrid of Boxing and Martial Arts, learn how to effectively punch and kick. Great for the body and mind, and to relieve stress, this class is the perfect opportunity to learn how to defend yourself through kickboxing, and stay fit through cross-training techniques, high-powered exercise routines and total body workouts.

    • Learn the fundamentals of fitness-focused kickboxing

    • Gain the combined knowledge of martial arts' kicks and boxing's punches

    • Engage in challenging cardio workout with resistance training from hitting targets

    • Undergo a full-body workout while learning defensive techniques

  • Krav Maga (All Levels)

    Duration: 1 hour; $20; If you want to prepare yourself defensively, for any type of threat whatsoever, there's no better place to start than by learning the techniques of a military-style defense system. Krav Maga, the renowned and internationally respected self-defense program of the Israeli Defense Force, is extremely effective as it consists of a wide-range of techniques. Instinctual and practical self-defense tactics are utilized to teach you how to respond quickly and effectively. During this martial arts class, you will partake in drills requiring aggressive responses and situational training, which will help you cope with any stress relating to fear of being attacked. Comprised of elements from boxing, street-fighting, and numerous Martial Arts, including Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga is perhaps one of the more aggressive self-defense styles. In this introductory class, you'll learn how to defend yourself in real situations with real moves and powerful techniques.

    • Introduce yourself to Krav Maga, the official self-defense program of the Israeli Defense Force

    • Learn the most effective self-defense techniques in the world through realistic fight training
